Sergio Hernández Montesdeoca is a partner in the Labour Law Department at URA, Urquiza Abogados.

He has a long experience in labour and Social Security legal advice for national and international companies from multiple sectors such as commerce and textile, industry, private security and auxiliaries, construction, metal trade, education, banking, hospitality, local companies specialised in the retail sector, public law entities, local corporations (town councils, island councils), co-operatives, etc., undertaking recurrent legal counsel and legal defence before the labour jurisdictional courts. 

He has also always been linked to legal advice to Social Security Labour Accident and Vocational Illness Mutual Companies in Social Security-related juridical proceedings.

A frequent speaker at talks and congresses on Labour Law and Social Security.

From 2008 to 2016, he worked as a Labour Lawyer at the Labour Law Department of the firm Garrigues, in the Santa Cruz de Tenerife office, as Senior Associate.

In September 2016, he became a partner of the Labour Law Department at URA Urquiza Abogados.
